It will however provide you with the tools necessary to lead a happy and fulfilling life and if that leads to health, wealth and happiness then so be it. Ultimately it will be the choices you make that will determine the outcome of your journey. Meditation is a personal experience, it is about awareness, awareness of everything around you, awareness of everything that affects you but most importantly awareness of the ‘self’.

Meditation is not religion although it has been associated with various religious practices over the centuries; it is rather a ‘way of life’.

Group sessions are a good way to meet like-minded people and get an idea of how other people approach the practice. Remember there are no rigid rules dictating how one should meditate, however as you advance to higher levels you will be required to learn techniques in order to achieve specific results.
